End Migraine Headaches
Migraine headaches are intense and intractable. Medicine is helpless but to counsel headache avoidance and to manage the pain. However a combination of neurofeedback techniques is remarkably effective at reducing or eliminating the debilitating symptoms. Well over 90% of those suffering from migraines achieve at least 50% reduction of headache pain. Many receive complete relief. Clients transform or upgrade their stress response so that no vomiting is involved and there is no need to hide their head under a pillow. There are many other side benefits to a more skillful operation of the central nervous system. See EndMigrainePain.com.

Optimize Performance
Gary’s corporate practice will employ biofeedback and neurofeedback with salespeople and executives. Salespeople experience greater mental concentration and follow-through as well as a stronger interpersonal connection with their customers. Neurofeedback promotes better sleep and resolves numerous psycho-physiological annoyances.

Executives improve their focus, problem solving, and leadership ability. This growth in capacity is achieved from the inside out by basic strength training and conditioning of the nervous system. Improved skill in relaxation for stress reduction is balanced with the ability to ‘psych oneself up’ to meet a challenge. Heart rhythm entrainment is not only healthy, there are myriad productivity benefits. Efficiency and effectiveness of the central nervous system optimizes functioning of the executives’ executive capacity.
